3. File Submissions

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all files submitted are correct and print-ready.

  • We are not responsible for errors in submitted files (e.g., typos, resolution issues, color variations).

  • By submitting files, you confirm that you own or have the right to use the content.

4. Turnaround & Delivery

  • Production times vary depending on the order and begin after payment and file approval.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of defective printing directly caused by our error.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • ProPrint Copy LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of the files and content you submit.

  • By providing files, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • You agree not to submit any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party rights.
